Phil has recently joined G&C as Construction Manager. For the preceeding 8 years Phil worked at DTZ as a Senior Building Surveyor in the Project and Building Consultancy team, was involved in building design and Contract Administration of construction works for public and private sector clients in the commercial, residential and industrial markets. At G&C, Phil liaises closely with developers to monitor progress and quality of works and advises on relevant construction documentation.
