Marcus Higgins has over 12 years construction experience primarily in Quantity Surveying/Employers Agent capacity for both residential and commercial developments. Prior to joing G&C, Marcus acted as Project Monitor on a wide range of residential and commercial projects for both Clearing and Merchant Banks. Formerly an Associate Director of Francis Graves, Marcus brings an array of construction biased property experience to G&C including cost consultancy, procurement advice (including Contracts advice) and overall development consultancy.
