Jonathan Dyke is a Chartered Surveyor with 15 years experience in the residential development sector. Formerly a Director of DTZ, where he was responsible for the residential development department dealing with land acquisition and disposal, advising land owners, developers and banks on all aspects of site appraisal, development funding and valuation.
