G&C Finance & Consultancy has signed its first deal in the East Midlands, sealing a multi million pound transaction in the heart of one of England's most prestigious conservation areas.

The 100 per cent residential development specialist has backed Derby developer Livingbyd'zign in an innovative £3.5m scheme in Rolleston-on-Dove. Alder's Reach, set in the grounds of a former Victorian mansion, is a high quality courtyard development of three and four bedroom mews style homes.

Bound by communal orchards and enjoying open fields to the rear, all eleven homes at this historic brown field site are due for completion early in the New Year (2007).

Located in the heart of Rolleston, the site is less than 100 metres north east of the junction with Church Road and the Spread Eagle Public House. It is one of the most popular villages within the local area benefiting from strong primary and secondary schools and excellent access to the A38.

This deal was signed and sealed in less than six weeks enabling us to purchase this opportunity and move forward with our business plan well ahead of schedule.
