The official launch of the Cardiff office took place on Thursday 21st September at the Hilton Cardiff with more than 150 local regional property professionals in attendance. The office, headed up by Steve Taylor, will serve the South West of England and Wales and G&C has committed £100m of development finance to this region to fund residential and mixed use developments over the next eighteen months.
