deal with Cranmoor

Cranmoor Homes has secured a highly coveted luxury £3m canalside development opportunity in the Brecon National Park backed by 100 per cent funding specialists, G&C Finance.
Maes Elliot (Elliot Place) is the first Cranmoor scheme to be funded by G&C Finance who last month officially launched a Wales and South West office in Cardiff, the first regional office to open outside its Birmingham headquarters.
Work on the historic brown field site, a former town gas works adjacent to the canal and close by the theatre Brycheiniog will start next month (October) with completion anticipated in Autumn 2007.
This prestigious scheme of twelve homes is located in the heart of the Brecon Beacon National Park close to the attractive Georgian styled Brecon town centre. Views from the three and four bedroom houses, built using local stone, span the Monmouthshire and Brecon canal to the north and open fields to the south and east. All homes enjoy south facing conservatories. The first homes on the one-acre scheme will be released for sale by the end of 2006.
