G&C offers a range of development funding solutions to both start-up and established developers.

We offer:

  • 100% Development Finance – from 2 to 100 units, residential developments or mixed use developments, easy exit commercial projects with a minimum £1.5m GDV (Gross Development Value).
  • Bridging Finance – 4 weeks to 12 months, £50k to £2m.
  • Preliminary Loans – deposit, planning and design fees on conditional contracts and option sites.
  • Speculative Funding – change of use and edge of settlement opportunities.

At G&C we set ourselves apart by providing the following to you:

  • A 48 hour in principle response.
  • All projects are funded on total project costs, not peak cash flow.
  • An ongoing consultancy support service, but only if required.
  • No personal guarantees are required by G&C.
