- 100% Development Finance – from 2 to 100 units, residential developments or mixed use developments, easy exit commercial projects with a minimum £1.5m GDV (Gross Development Value).
- Bridging Finance – 4 weeks to 12 months, £50k to £2m.
- Preliminary Loans – deposit, planning and design fees on conditional contracts and option sites.
- Speculative Funding – change of use and edge of settlement opportunities.
